Firefighter Furnace Fitness Terms of Service
PLEASE

nutrition service that can be located at FirefighterFurnace.com. By registering
as a member or using Firefighter Furnace, You agree to the terms of service
(“Agreement”) which forms an agreement between You and Firefighter Furnace. If
you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, do not use Firefighter Furnace
and our services.
1. Who May Use Firefighter Furnace Services
Age
Requirement: You must be at
least 18 years of age to use Firefighter Furnace or any Firefighter Furnace
applications.
Notice
to Parents or Legal Guardians: You
are fully responsible supervising and monitoring your child’s activities on and

each month for the subscription services or single payments.
Subscription
Cancellation: You may notify
us and cancel your subscription for the Firefighter Furnace Fitness Services at
any time. Even if you are not using Firefighter Furnace Fitness Services and
still subscribed, you must notify us via contact us page to cancel subscription.
Refund Policy
HERO Elite – Firefighter Furnace Fitness Services does offer a 30 day money back guarantee for HERO Elite. You must
notify us before your first 30 days to ensure you are not charged for a full
month. If you wait to cancel your subscription past the first 30 days of your
subscription, you will be charged for the full month.
HERO Ignite – Firefighter Furnace Fitness Services does offer a 7 day money back guarantee for HERO Nutrition. You must
notify us before your first 7 days to ensure full refund.
Advertising:
Firefighter Furnace LLC is a part of affiliate advertising programs. This means
that Firefighter Furnace LLC makes a commission through clicks on certain links
on our website. We are not to be held liable of anything on external websites
that are linked from the Firefighter Furnace website and social media accounts.

cholesterol, or have bone and joint problems that could be made worse by a

conditions. If your doctor suggests you not to participate in our fitness or nutrition
program, stop immediately. If you experience fainting, dizziness, pain or
shortness of breath, stop immediately.

our services and or site shall be intended for professional medical advice. You
must be in good physical condition to participate in our fitness and nutrition programs.

refuse or cancel your subscription if we determine you have a medical

will constitute your agreement to comply with the rules outlined in this
